Terms & Conditions


This is the boring stuff… However I need to have these in place to protect both me and you. A lot of it goes without saying but better safe than sorry! I’ve tried to simplify everything to make it easier to understand. Please get in contact if there are any questions or concerns about any of the policies.

T&Cs


  • 20% deposit MUST be taken at time of booking otherwise the date is NOT secured and can still be offered to other clients
  • Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE
  • The remaining balance for the photoshoot is due no later than 1 week before the date
  • No cash payments are accepted. Only accepted methods of payment are Bank Transfer and PayPal.
  • Failure to pay after 7 days before the shoot will result in cancellation.
  • If a client cancels a shoot after the full payment has been made, 50% of the payment is refundable. If the photoshoot is cancelled less than 24 hours before the date, there will be no refund. However, this will be looked at on a case by case basis and if there are more extreme circumstances meaning the shoot is forced off we may take a different course of action.
  • I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
  • No abuse will be tolerated and if there are any incidents during the photoshoot I may leave at any time.
  • It is only free to reschedule a photoshoot if it is rained off, otherwise rescheduling requires another £10 deposit.
  • All galleries stay online for 12 months, and then they are deleted from my website. I can’t guarantee I will have access to the photos after that time so please make any purchases within the gallery in the 12 month period.
  • It is a crime to screenshot and post watermarked images from any gallery and this will not be tolerated and further action may be taken. This will be looked at on a case by case basis.
